The double-headed grinder has 2 rotating parallel disc slates that face one another.
And by passing the product between these two slates, both the front and rear sides will instantly be ground. This method, using magnetic planes, unlike the former biased grinders, has incredible advantages.
1) great reduction of manufacturing speed
Passing through the parallel sides at thweighte same time and by having lengthy grinding path, productivity may be increased by 10 times. (manufacturing speed of a 40 bearing wheel 1.2 sec. )
Instant grinding of size greater than 1mm is possible.

2) excellent processing standards
Maintains the size deviation within 3um and inclination within 1um.
There is no deviation of the manufactured product since it does not adopt automatic spindle method.
Surface illumination of the manufactured product can be adjusted to ra0.1um.
